Products specifically designed for AOD Answers™ Second-Factor Solution for Ohio.
The AOD Answers™ Second-Factor Solution is implemented by assigning an iButton to an Answers™ User.
The complete solution requires the iButton inserted in a Key Fob that is scanned by an iButton Keyboard.
Each prescriber will need one iButton and Key Fob, which come in a variety of color options.
An iButton Keyboard is required at each computer where a prescriber will authenticate.
In addition, at least one User with Supervisor privileges will need their own iButton and access to iButton Keyboard to properly configure physician User accounts.
iButtonLink (AOD's Authorized Hardware Partner) has packaged the iButton & Key Fob options together for Answers™ Users.
The iButton is placed to the iButton Keyboard to initiate the authentication. The Second-Factor Authentication passwords are setup in the User ID Master in AOD for each user.
