Memory iButtons

Memory iButtons provide ROM, RAM, or EEPROM storage for data in the small  iButton® form factor.  Memory iButton® are used as:

• Keys for access systems.
• Electronic wallets
• Storage of key parameters, such as calibration data.
• Electronic travelers or progress tracking devices.
