iButtonLink LLC, has partnered with Precision Metrology, of Milwaukee, WI to integrate its proprietary 1-wire expertise with the accredited testing facilities of Precision Metrology.

Precision Metrology offers a full range of calibration services and is an ISO 9001:2000 and ISO/IEC 17025/A2LA accredited calibration laboratory with locations in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Dade City, Florida.

Precision Metrology has been in the tool calibration business for 25 years and has established itself as one of the largest single source calibration facilities in the US. Precision Metrology’s commitment to A2LA has earned them one of the largest A2LA scope of accreditation in the nation and they pride themselves in providing service and quality that set a standard in the calibration service industry.

Sensors supported are:
    DS1921G Thermochron
    DS18B20 High Precision Thermometer
    Additional sensors will be supported as the calibration tests are normalized.

Certified sensors are available either new or we can (re)certify customer owned 1-wire sensors. Each sensor will receive a six point calibration, and a printed certificate of calibration.

When (re)certifying customer owned sensors;
    - All sensors will be returned with certificates of calibration – including those that have failed, indicating the point of failure.
    - Calibration runs are made the last week of the month to ensure fresh calibrations.
    - Cutoff date for receipt of customer supplied sensors is the 15th of the month.
    - Customer supplied sensors received after the 15th will be processed and shipped the following month.
    - The cost to have your existing sensors calibrated is $20.00 US each.
    - This service can only be obtained by e-mail or telephone.
