Warranty Statement
Warranty:
- iButtonLink, LLC warrants all products manufactured by iButtonLink, to be free
of manufacturing faults for a period of 1 year from the date of shipment.
- Faulty products shall be returned to iButtonLink, LLC with appropriate RMA number, issued by iButtonLink, LLC.
- The decision to repair or replace returned products shall be at the discretion of iButtonLink.com
- The customer will pay the return shipping costs: iButtonLink will return the product to the customer, with shipping costs prepaid.
- Products that are damaged through neglect, misuse, inappropriate environment, or exposure to harmful elements are not covered under this warranty.

Return Policy:
- Products that are returned, (within 30 days of shipment,) for any reason other than functional defect will incur a 25% restocking fee.

Taxes and Fees:
- It is the responsibility of the customer to pay all applicable tax, sales tax, value added tax, and other such fees.

Resale Products:
- Products marketed but not manufactured by iButtonLink are subject to the warranty of the manufacturer of that product.

Hold Harmless:
- iButtonLink shall be held harmless for any damage or loss resulting
from any product failures, or delayed deliveries due to events beyond the control of iButtonLink.
- iButtonLink shall be held harmless for any damage or loss resulting from late deliveries.

CAUTION:
- Products manufactured by, or marketed by, iButtonLink are not intended for, or designed for medical use, either directly or indirectly.
Any deviation from this declaration will be the sole responsibility of the user.
