Terms are full payment at time of order.
Product shipped FOB factory, East Troy, Wisconsin, USA.
Shipping pre-paid with order.
Customer is responsible for all taxes and duties where applicable.
Stock items will ship within 24 business hours.
Our default carrier is UPS (United Parcel Service).
NO US Postal shipping on International orders (including Canada).
Drop shipments will NOT be accepted for international orders.
Payment methods accepted:
- Credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express)
- Paypal
- Bank wire transfer (only if order is $1500.00 USD or more)
- Company check
NOTE: Orders paid by wire transfer or check will NOT be shipped until payment is received.
Returns Policy:
Returned items must have an RMA number.
Items returned for any reason other than failure will incur a re-stocking charge of 25%, plus shipping.
