Terms:
- Full payment at time of order
- Product shipped FOB factory, East Troy, Wisconsin, USA
- Shipping pre-paid with order
- Customer is responsible for all taxes and duties where applicable.
Stock items will ship within 24 business hours.
Default shipping carrier is UPS (United Parcel Service).

- NO US Postal shipping (including Canada)
- Drop shipments will NOT be accepted

Returns Policy:
- Returned items must have an RMA number
- Items returned for any reason other than failure will incur a re-stocking
charge of 25%.
