Warranty Statement

Warranty:

• iButtonLink, LLC warrants all products manufactured by, or sold by, iButtonLink, to be free of manufacturing faults for a period of 1 year from the date of shipment.


• Faulty products shall be returned to iButtonLink, LLC with appropriate RMA number, issued by iButtonLink, LLC.


• The decision to repair or replace returned products shall be at the discretion of iButtonLink.com


• The customer will pay the return shipping costs: iButtonLink will return the product to the customer, with shipping costs prepaid.


• Products that are damaged through neglect, misuse, inappropriate environment, or exposure to harmful elements are not covered under this warranty.

Return Policy:

• Products may be returned in new condition within 30 days of shipment for any reason, shipping customer prepaid, for a full refund less any shipping charges.  Products that are not in new condition may incur a 25% restocking fee.

Taxes and Fees:

• It is the responsibility of the customer to pay all applicable tax, sales tax, value added tax, and other such fees.

Hold Harmless:

• iButtonLink shall be held harmless for any damage or loss resulting from any product failures, or delayed deliveries due to events beyond the control of iButtonLink.


• iButtonLink shall be held harmless for any damage or loss resulting from late deliveries.

CAUTION:

• Products manufactured by, or marketed by, iButtonLink may not be used or distributed for use in any high-risk activities in which the use of the products could lead directly to personal injury, including on-line control of aircraft, air traffic, aircraft navigation, direct life support systems or in the design, construction or operation of any nuclear facility.  Any deviation from this declaration will be the sole responsibility of the user.
