The MatrixCare™ Second-Factor Solution is implemented by assigning an iButton to a MatrixCare™ User.
Required Items
The complete solution requires the iButton inserted in a Key Fob that is scanned by an iButton Keyboard.
Each prescriber will need one iButton and Key Fob, which come in a variety of color options.
An iButton Keyboard is required at each computer where a prescriber will authenticate.
iButtonLink (MatrixCare Authorized Hardware Partner) has packaged the iButton & Key Fob options together for MatrixCare™ Users.
The iButton is placed to the iButton Keyboard to initiate the authentication. The Second-Factor Authentication passwords are setup in the User ID Master in MatrixCare for each user.
