About the DS1921G-F5# iButton
The DS1921G-F5# Thermochron iButton® is a low-cost, reliable iButton with a wide temperature range and long battery life. The “21G” is best suited for applications with moderately long logging rates. Popular use cases include research projects, cold-chain monitoring, and logging room temperatures.
The DS1921G-F5# has a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, with an accuracy of ±1°C in the range of -30° to +70°C and ±1.3°C outside that range. Resolution is 0.5°C. It can record up to 2048 values at a logging rate of 1 to 255 minutes. See battery life details in the DS1921G-F5# data sheet.
